Trying this new update where they have a new My Home feature where you can design your own home but you need to collect home points to design your house. The thing is you need to complete live challenges in order to earn more home points and you get only 1 home point for 1 challenge AND NOW they dont give free diamonds daily you gotta design your home to earn more diamonds(and home points.) Its way too much work and a waste of money and diamonds,I enjoyed this game before i play it daily but now with all this changes its a huge turn off and its not enjoyable anymore. Im giving 1 star because of this. Im quitting once i finished all my diamonds and money which im guessing thats why they created the home feature so you have to purchase more money and diamonds. Huge disappointment.

I was hooked the first couple of months of playing, however the more I play, the more I feel that you don’t listen to your players. Funnily enough another recent reviewer said to learn from your competitor, Redecor (e.g. introduce seasonal passes, highlight the theme of the room etc.) and that’s precisely it - you don’t seem to ‘get it’ and tend to make repeated mistakes. You seem to be more concerned about making money than making your players happy.If it wasn’t for the supportive FB group of DH players, I feel that I’d be long gone, so please hear us out: numerous times we’ve asked to fix the voting system and to award more generously and punish less (1 bad score pulls you down so much, but 1 good score adds 0.3-5 points at most). The rewards are little compared to what’s demanded in challenges and the daily login prizes are just not enough (have you not noticed that your ‘accessories’ like paintings, plants etc. all require a lot of diamonds?). Your themes can be incredibly outdated sometimes and you tend to recycle items from past seasons. And don’t even get me started on the limited options non-Americans have to get diamonds through Tapjoy.Whenever we try to feedback, you’d always respond with the typical ‘we’ll feedback to the developers’ but yet nothing gets done. Back to your competitor, I play both games and although Redecor had their own faults too, I’ve seen continuous effort from them to improve and offer more to their players as incentive. Ive really tried to enjoy playing you, but all these factors combined make me incredibly disillusioned and unmotivated to continue
iPhone X Support Hastily Put Together

I was really excited that the long awaited support for iPhone X was finally out but now I’ve realized how horrible it is. Sure it looks much better now than it was before but the lack of thought that went into it makes me feel that it would have been better for a longer wait. The screen utilizes only 90% of the screen with a black bar that covers the entire stretch at the top where the notch is. A lot of apps have been able to incorporate the status bar on this portion of the screen (i.e. Instagram). Now this makes the whole bar at the top more pointless than the notch. Secondly, the UI is awful now that it has become virtually unplayable. I used to be able to tap on an object to remove them but now I can’t (for most objects at least). I’d now have to resort to hitting undo repeatedly to be able to finally remove the object. I used to be motivated to play this every day. I’ve now stopped again just like I did when there was lack of support for the X.For a game I really like, please listen to the users and fix the above issues!

I like the game a lot. Unfortunately, most of the time the payment that we get is just isn’t enough. You could have vary the cash that we get depending on what the client wants. i.e. high-end venue, logically should cost more. Hence, we should get more. I wish they would set budget from clients, and to go over the budget is our decision so we would be charged if we were to do so. I’m pretty sure most REAL LIFE designers are underpaid and I feel so with this game. I’m spending my hard earned money (and I don’t spend my actual money in such games) on making your homes a better place but you can’t pay me enough to feel good with what I do. At the end of the day, I’d would always rethink my decision of doing this job/game whether or not I should quit and find another job/game that would appreciate me for what I do
