Hi there! i hope the developer can fix this problem. i don't know if i'm the only one with this kind of problem. so, whenever i finish a match, the screen will freeze and there will be no button than i can click on but there's still music playing in the background. i tried resetting the game tons of time but it kept doing the same thing, i even reset my phone to see if the problem is coming from my phone. i also tried playing other game but everything runs smoothly beside this game.overall the game is really good and i really want to enjoy it without any problem, hope it can be fixed asap ❤️.

Gang fight matched hidden cat, so when click fight button will be empty and come back to the page, totally can not fight. Only way is to replace opponent. I got this issue twice , first I faced I asked customer service, they gave me 10 diamonds and asked me replace opponent, second time report issue, more than 16 hrs nobody replied me. One more issue is some ads due to resolution issue or display issue cannot be close, when happens only can force to close the app and cannot get rewards even you fully watched the ads. I also reported to customer service, they said forwarded my issue to investigation team but until now 3 days later still not get answer.The network also is a big issue, I am in SG network is fast, sometimes I averse the game very fast, sometimes very slow, do any action or click anything need to wait more than half minutes, sometimes open the game wait the start page more than 2 minutes still can not enter.I very like this game, played more than 5 years, but the gaming experience is becoming worse and worse. As an old player I am very disappointed.Last comments on 9 Apr reported the Ads issues, until today 20 May, same issues still facing, they never resolve the issue, customer service and investigation team totally useless

The game is great but the only thing that will make the game more fun is if we can get more interactions with our friends. Maybe the ability to add our friends or make a pact with our friends will be so much fun. Even exchange gifts/weapon with our friends will be great too. So that we could play and help each other out. It is kind of boring when we are only able to practice with our friends from facebook and do nothing more. Hope these features could be considered in the future.

As the title stated.. I bought an item but nothing came through.. so I checked the FAQ and it stated that I have to wait a couple of days for the item to get through so I was like okay, I’ll be patient about it.But was the money deducted from my account?Yes, it was.So then a couple of days went by and then next thing you know it’s been 2 weeks and my item hasn’t got through so I contacted the customer support and told them about my issue.. all they did was copy and paste the FAQ content, nothing new.. so I asked if my item can be given to me at the moments notice but waited 2 days and no reply from them so I told them that I wanted a refund. Surprise surprise, they replied with swiftness.. telling me the procedure that’s EXACTLY in the FAQ.. Were they of help?No, they weren’t.So I went on with the procedure form iTunes and they told me that it cannot be refunded because the item is in my account. But I searched every content of my account and I saw nothing I didn’t get any items AT ALL. And so I got a friend of mine to try this out and bought an item.. and it’s been a full month now and his money is wasted tooSo is this a scam? YES, IT IS. Is this a good game? More or less.. it’s over hyped with things that forces you to say it’s a 4-5 star game BUT IT IS NOT!! It’s barely a 3 star.All in all I DEMAND ANSWERS!!
