Starting I love reading on this app as it has a lot of my favourite titles in it. However, what really grinds my gears is the privilege system. Don’t get me wrong but I fully support that translators and authors really needs the extra help from the income gain but I feel that the privilege chapter needs to revised for it to improve the experience of the readers Suggestion 1: standardise the price of the privilege chapters. It doesn’t make sense for a title with 20 locked chapter to be able to unlock 10 chapters for 300 coins where else a story with 28 locked chapters can unlock 6 chapters for roughly the same price. The readers would feel less cheated if they know the price is standardise for all titles when it comes to privilege chapters unlocking. Suggestion 2: while we readers understand that TL and authors needs break in between and can’t guarantee a steady release, it’s not fair for the readers to have to wait until they update even though the stockpile is there behind a paywall. A schedule needs to be established with your TL And authors to ensure a continuous release based on the agreed release rate and if they can’t adhere to it, the locked chapter should be released to compensate and will remain the same until the said TL/author can stockpile the original amount of chapters or revised their privilege chapters to match. Suggestion 3: review all of your titles that have gone privilege and has no releases for a long period of time and revoke the privilege if there are no new updates after a maybe a month for example. A privilege title to us readers is a sign that the title is being given extra attention and a release should be constant to repay the price that the readers are paying so if the update is not constant it’s unfair for it to remain behind a paywall. Again I’m asking the privilege locked chapter price and not the price to unlock the chapter itself. Suggestion 4: as mention above, a title that has gone privilege shouldn’t have an issue with release rate unless the original source material is on hiatus (ie rise of the strongest swordman). If the title is hiatus, I believe your side should open that title to another translator group or individual to pick it up instead. Final suggestion: set the privilege chapters based on the average release rate of the title .ie - If it’s 7 chapters a week, set it at 10 chapters locked, 14 per at 20 chapters locked and etc

I apologize for being honest, but l’ve been a user for Webnovel for quite sometimes..I’ve wasted a lot of money buying coins which eventually never finish the novel..I even go to the extend of making multiple account so I could buy more coins as a first time user..eventually, I realize I actually spend more money on e-novels compared to physical novels which are way better in stories, editing, writing, n they are completed...furthermore, the new system, the priviledge system or whatnot actually wasted more of my money than before...to unlock chapters, I have to buy coins that are already expensive and then get access for a few chapters and then I need to PAY again to read those chapters I unlocked...and some chapters turned out to be lousy too...on top of that, it has a limited time too, once expired, I need to buy again...and some of the novels are also stopped halfway...wow!!! I am really disappointed with you Webnovel...once I finish the last coins I have I’ll delete this app..and one more thing, if the writer dont want to complete the novel, please dont put their novels up anymore...but, I dont care anymore, I’ll delete the app anymore, it’s not like there are anything new with the novels too, they are mostly repeated story anyway...so, thank you for your lousy service...

I used to love Webnovel a lot because they’re generous in terms of giving stones last time but not after the latest update where previously they would give average 9 stones per daily check in and if you watch adds they would multiple it to x2 = 18 stones in average and in weekends 15x1.5= 20-29 stones. Now everyday is just 5stones and even if you x2 it’s just 10. Today I just checked in and they only gave me one fast pass , not a single coins 😂. Besides, some of the books charged around 7stones per chapter depending on the wordings ? So you can imagine that 10 stones is only allows you to read that one chapter ? So what if you have a numbers of books you want to read ? Purchase the stones using money ? It’s like the same you’re forcing the reader to purchase your stones. Moreover with the “fast pass”, definitely worsen reader experience.... it’s only valid for 3days ? And previously at least they gave 5coins for using energy or power stones but now only 1 pass for the first vote. I got the gut that I would stop using this app after few months due to the stones allocation. No offense but there’re a lot of apps for this kind of novel that I could find out there. So yeah :) just giving feedback so you can balance the benefits for reader and the translators.

When i first use this app, i really like it because of there are multiple ways to get spirit stones...but the latest version now are too expensive for me since to get spirit stone, you can only get it by purchase it, not like before where we can get free spirit stones from watching ads and log in everyday..even the spirit stone sets for purchase are getting expensive, less spirit stones but higher cash...even the privileged chapters prices are unreasonable, where i have to spend about rm 40 to purchase 400 spirit stone for buying additional 5 chapters,....even to unlock those 5 chapters, i have to pay another 20-40 spirit stones...where does the money to purchase the privilege chapter goes? To the author or the creator?I would rather read novels on webpage rather than using the app if the rate of spirit stones for privilege chapters cannot be lowered...I also would like to have another alternatives to get spirit stones, other than purchase them and binge reading competitions.
