I downloaded this game to play it with my sister. It’s quite enjoyable and all, but there’s just one thing that gets under my skin — crashes. Every time, after I press ‘Play’ in character selection, just a few seconds after I start moving around, doing quests and trying to complete them, it goes black, and I’m out of the game.Sure, it saves my progress for me (which I’m pretty grateful for), but jeez it crashes so much.I’m on iPhone 6 Plus, and yes, I’ve already reinstalled it. Please fix this for me. Thank you.

Hi developer!I’m a big fan of maplestory. I’ve been playing MapleStory on PC ever since it started like 13years ago even when it had only 3rd job. Was quite skeptical about MM as I’m not a mobile gamer. But I dl in August. Sad to say that my MM constantly crashes whenever I’m in a party mode while doing Netts and Monster Masher. I thot that it would probably be my network or maybe becos I’ve used to much space in my iPhone 6plus. I deleted many apps away and even removed all my photo gallery to create more space. I even set to Low definition on the game settings and only seeing my own damage. Even keep dc-ing during guild banquets. The saddest part is that I couldn’t reach level 110 in time to obtain the game chair because I keep crashing! My fellow guild mates candidly calls me DCqueen! And I feel so guilty and bad whenever I have to party strangers to complete Netts pyramid and had to quickly click Auto Mode before I dc. I do not want them to feel I’m a leecher. Many times I really want to smash my phone becos of the constant dc-ing. I really hope it’s not game bugs that is making me crash out but lies in the fault of my phone. Please advise me on what shld I do and in hope I will not quit MapleStory M soon. One more thing, I keep getting different hackers whispering me in the game. I’m not sure if my account has been hacked. Please help me thanks.

Iphone 6 Plus keep crashing

Maplestory is always my favourite game and i always it will launch on mobile devices too. Fortunately it launched on phone, i was so delighted and download the game immediatly . But sadly is i keep crashing the game . I never properly fought a zakum or a horntail before because it keep crashing . When i fight zakum or horntail until half it crashed , i was so disappointed and i tried few ways to try to not crashing like restart my mobile , refresh all apps but it didnt work . I used bishop as my main job . I keep facing the cases of crashing and my bishop from lvl 1-100 . My brother download the game and its on iphone 7 but it did not crash . I was abit jealous and he didnt play this game often . I really hope you guys can fix the crash because it made me suffered alot . I will keep playing this game but i wish to have a proper game experience . Thanks for reading i hope you will fix the crash

Rest assured, the development team is continuously optimizing the game to allow iPhone 6 and lower devices to run the game smoothly. Thank for programmer create the game let us feel back maplestory with mobile . I also top up a lot for money , but unfortunately this game quite need luck even we spent so much money . Example, almost MYR 200 only can buy 1 embleb weopob scroll , still only 20 percent successrate ?!?! . Mean i 1 finger press embleb then i loss myr200 ? We top up cause i wan enjoy the game but not ! I go buy toto better. Somemore the rank up stone , mesos rate ... all so unbalance expensive . Ppl also willing buy from 3rd party at the sametime maple marketing was less profile cause of greed .
