Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:

– Payment will be charged by Apple at confirmation of purchase.
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings.
– Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Money deducted although didn’t use the app

I didn’t use the app at all but money has been deducted from my account. In the starting it was stated that money will be deducted only after the trial period but in my case the money has been deducted immediately after I download the app. I have deleted the app since it doesn’t meet my requirements (it was not what I expected or wanted) but yet the payment has been deducted from the account.I don’t have the app now and I didn’t use it at all. If you want us to pay before knowing how goes the app works is ridiculous. You shouldn’t state that there will be 3 days trial which didn’t apply at all. Since I couldn’t find the way to get my money back, I thought of using the app but it asked me to pay again. How many times should I pay? I have paid once for what I didn’t use.

Downloading the app does not mean being charged. You can use the app for free without starting the subscription. Payment will be charged to account at confirmation of purchase. Also, if you paid for a subscription and it's still active, you should restore it in order to use the app. Kindly check your mail in order to find our reply to your email.

Had purchased and paid my first payment and instantly cancelled my subscription. They still deduct for my second payment which is after 3 days and for the upcoming month. When I contacted them, the answer was merely nonsensical and nothing more. I dont even get to used this apps but was charged inappropriately and it was not justifiable.
