Raid Cards are a subscription purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the price selected. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase. In case of activating a free trial, payment will be charged during the last 24 hours of the free Trial. I lost 3 of my accounts. And the latest one is I tried to log in using email and misspelled. So I can’t verify the account. And when I contact the customer service, they just log me out from every device (phone and pc) and now I can’t even log in to any of them. This is the second times this happened. I just got excited to play back and get the alien vs predator event but yaa this game keep disappointing me out. I hope you guys could fix this issues. I don’t think im the only one that faced it

I hate your bias on buffing the champions

For example, I got miss annie as my first void leggo years ago HITTING MERCY just only for her to get a buff that makes her ONLY good for PvE content while you buff gorgoh and make him useable in both PvE and PvP which I didn't have. Then we have a mythical named Ashnar that also I pull him HITTING MERCY then you gives him a buff that's actually just a fix to his kit to make him work as intended, NOT A BUFF. Now you buff that chicken mythical that makes him so broken in PvP, the funny thing is that chicken is already good enough before but you decided to gives him a game breaking buff while my ashnar just do nothing in PvP other than blocking hp burn which is not the most broken meta that can easily be countered. You also "buff" other legendary to make them do also nothing after the buff. Not to mention that you really hates your loyal players and I can tell by the way you give 2 legendary void FOR FREE to new players. TWO VOID LEGENDARY which is better than my void collection after 6 YEARS OF PLAYING AND GRINDING EVERYDAY!!! It's so frustrating to play this game anymore. You hate your loyal player, you don't correctly rebalance everything, and everything in this game has inflated so high that it become less and less enjoyable to play if you don't spend a house mortgage in this game. Greed has ruined this game since the introduction of taras and marichka, then polymorph, then ARMANZ, then mythical, then relic. The game has broken to the point where you don't need strategy to play in high end live arena.

Auto play, auto lock

Overall the game is great with nice graphic, gameplay and a whole lot of hero to pick. But there is always room for improvement, like the auto play feature. To me it is too slow compared to other games i have played before. I hope we will see a faster option, or even better if can have auto complete option.Another thing is about the game preventing phone auto lock. I noticed my phone can auto lock when I’m in the bastion, or during auto upgrading artifact. But it will not auto lock during raid, even after the raid is done. So I cant really leave the game on auto play, or my phone will end up overheated in case i left it too long. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or is intended by dev. But i hope to see this small change, so my little phone can auto lock after finished raiding.
Predatory, Unbalanced, not f2p friendly and Burnout

This game is a frustrating, unbalanced cash grab that’s anything but F2P-friendly. Nearly every action consumes silver, yet upgrading gear, accessories, or artifacts can fail wasting your resources completely. There’s no quick battle option even for the story, progress is painfully slow (especially for legendary units due to the scarcity of skill books), and you’re bombarded with pop-up ads pushing overpriced in-game purchases. The pity system is outrageously high (200+ pulls) and still doesn’t guarantee the unit you want. Clan Wars and Siege are heavily unbalanced, customer service is slow to respond, and long-time players are ignored while rewards and promo codes are used to bait new players while older player already burned out. Avoid this game unless you enjoy burnout and disappointment . Its fun when youre new, and painful when u r reach higher level and end game content.
