I love that i can rewatch programs that i couldnt watch before. Buttt, can you please ugrade it? Sometimes i cannot tap on the full screen. Also, cann you make button 15 seconds before or after ??? It’ll be much more easier. Currently, we only need to slide to make it rewind or faster but most of the time, it will go too far even if slide it slowly. Please yaa. I would love if you upgrade your apps. Tq

I also have this problem where i cant watch some of the channel, most channels actually. The app keeps asking me to login when i have already done so. Customer service dismissed me quickly saying that i could not watch those channel coz it is after mco period and there are no longer free channels. This is even after i repeated several times that i am subscribed to the ultimate pack and suppose to get all channels. Now (today-23/6) it has been two weeks and it is still not resolved. In one of the customer service follow up the person “helping” even said that my problem is supposed to be addressed by the playtv unit and suggested that I sld call them. What sort of “help” is that from a unit that suppose to handle “customer service”??? Aren’t they suppose to help solve problems, and how do I contact those playtv apps people anyway. Hopeless TM customer service!!! My advise to new subscribers, ditch the TV package, less hassle to deal with and they aren't any good either.

Lately there has been some glitch for premium channels. It keeps failing to load content asking me to sign in if I havent. I am already signed in, tried signing out and in again but it’s the same. No issues for the free channels though.
Same issue last month, I had to call the service centre and I kept receiving calls from them over a period of few days as they wanted to clarify the issue, and only got it settled only after a few days. With the recent MCO this should not happen as many ppl are at home and this is the time their service should be the best.
Am I supposed to call the help centre every month, and wait few days to get this resolved each and every month? Please fix this bug ASAP
