This is the most amazing mmorpg game I’ve played so far. However, I do hope the developers take this matter into their consideration. This game is very expensive. I know we all have to make a living, but it’s very unfair for those who can’t topup. The outfits’ prices are too high. And the recent drop rate from Area Operation can be assumed as a scam. Nanoplastics should not be given as we could just easily burn them using our machine. I’ve been playing the new updates for two weeks, just hoping to get green light muzzle but ever since the update the drop rate has become worse. Take note, developers. Your game is great. But if you don’t take care of your players, many of us might leave one day if we find a way better game. Thank you.

Hi, I am a veteran in LifeAfter. I have played this game for about 1 year and 2 months. I have met some wonderful people and made new friends here. I spent a lot of money on this game. I am very upset that NetEase does not take any action (or actions that does not solve the complaints) about its players complaining about various issue and problems. There is an issue of rollback. I have friends who sold weapons or armors at appropriate price but they faced rollbacks. There is another issue of lagging, which many of us veteran players has faced and endured for a long time. The solution that the moderators showed to us (by controlling amount of players that can be seen either friends or enemies or increasing/decreasing the fps) does not affect much on making the game smoother. Even PC players also faced lagging. There are other issues also but these two are the main issues that many of us has complained in Facebook Offical LifeAfter, and other LifeAfter groups. I have such high respect towards the developers team and other people who contributed in making this game one of the best games that I have played but sadly many of us (including me) thinking of migrating to other games. I hope the developers, the people of NetEase company would consider hearing our complaints and our problems. We are the customers and players on this game and we invested a lot of money on this game. Remember that someday players might abandon this game if you guys don’t take necessary action in order to solve the problems that occurred in the game.

Multiple crash especially when in hope 101 and camp’s downtown and crash during other area is between the interval or 10-15 minutes and straight return to the home screen or my phone. Already tried multiple solution such as restart my phone, clearing up my phone’s space (which is not an issue since I have a lot of empty space left) and using different network(WiFi and mobile data). This issue is serious and causing player (not only me others player have the same issues as well) have a bad experience when playing this game as it requires player to start log in and wait for the loading screen again, sometimes this crash happens during players are in a battle with zombies or animals and when players finally re-Enter the game again, the players is already killed. Hope you guys can looks into this matter seriously and fix it as soon as possible because this issue is making player having a bad experience playing this game. Thank you for our attention.

Dev, the new world is so disappointing. I do admit some update are good but it seems like a lot of it so messed up! 1. We need to stay close to our cohab if we want to finish the task togerther. The old one better!2. The claim point after area operation. We need to find someone else on the maps to claim while before we just can claim it directly from npc at enterance.3. The maps is so big but only one heli??? Gosh i dont have a lot of time to spend just to find the heli. I dont even want to explore because everything seems like time consuming.4. Too much maps, maybe can devide it as before. One maps but a lot of little maps in in. Because for the current update, to find the maps that we want also annoying. The words are too little and it just too complicated.5. Gift for friend. We cannot gift thing as we want as old update to friend? Such as outfit? 6.Other player can build thing. Player rn. Build thing at the most annoying place such as stairs near heli. The maps looked ridiculous with all the player building. 7.The new update are just too time consuming. I really excited for the new update but not a messed up one like this.8. Not to mention the crash and bug. We cant even relog or solve jam. The bug still there. Hmm
