Why i cant bind the watch to my phone? Im using iphone X, currently with IOS 16.2, i’ve just unbind the watch with my previous iphone then i reset the watch. And i download FitCloudPro apps in my iphone X then i try to bind them but unfortunately failed. I’ve try so many times that included I’ve restart my iphone X but still cannot bind the watch. Can u assist me how to fix the matter? My watch is still in good condition. Is that the app not support the new IOS?…or what?…

- Arabic Optimisation: When receiving notifications in Arabic, the letters are arranged in the opposite direction and unconnected.- Sport push: the watch comes with 10 preset sport modes, i can use the app to push new sport mode but it will only switch with the 10th mode. Meaning i have 9 fixed modes which i do not need and can only replace 10th mode every time i want to do a different sport. I can’t delete or add. - Call history on watch: no control over call history. Can only press on the number to call again. Cannot edit or delete anything in the list.- Main menu: the main menu style 1 has repeated icons.- Custom watchface: cannot change to analog. Cannot change time colors. Cannot add date or steps or anything. Very limiting.Thank you.

Incoming notification too short and need to click for read the contents.It's make the screen full of finger print.And it's hard to get simple message if the notifications contineously coming in to the screen.If the incoming notifications directly appear as simple as can read,at least can catch up all the notifications without tapping the screen to catch the previous incoming notifications.hopefully can upgrade to directly notifications appear on the screen without clicking the short incoming notifications anymore.TQ.
Sync contact & notifications problem

I cant sync contact in my watch already done multiple attempt install and uninstall still the same. Only can save contact up to 10 which is very little . I hope you can enable to sync all contact in phone. Then next issue is enabling reminder. I already set to enable all reminder but my watch did not received any notification from the Phone. Bluetooth still connected. Please fix all the bugss.
