Hello! I love this app so much and I can communicate with my fandoms and also any artists from weverse, but I agree with the other reviews, we need a dark theme so our eyes didn't get hurt by the bright white theme even though I already low the brightness. I also hope you can fix the sound notifications, so we can know that they’re posting their picture or share their moments. That's all from me! Hopefully, you will read this review and fix it. Thank you for this app, so much and keep going 💜!! Sorry, for my bad grammar.

To be honestly this new update has not only disappointed fans but artists too. the navigation is rather messy and awkward to visit. the new notification system is also much less efficient as not all posts and comment made from artist come under the notification tab. New features like following artists just seem irrelevant, the previous aspect of weverse was to be more connected with fans (as it acts as space where only fans and artist can interact) but introduction of this new update it just seems like a cringe low budget social media. Though i would say the saving grace is that we can categorise posts by members. i have yet to experience the new live feature but there have been many concerns about the transfer of previous lives from Vlive to weverse (eg; what will happen to the lives after Vlive gets discontinued and removed…etc).

Weverse has shown a great performance since I download this app. Everything was good and awesome, especially after you add artist live in the app. But unfortunately, we as an international fans cannot understand what the artist has talked about. So, I want to ask your team to make a translation to every weverse live replay so that we can connect with the artist without any obstacles. If you can consider this wish, we as the user will love this app more. Thank you.

I’ve been using the Weverse app for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are the main issues I’ve encountered:1.Unnecessary and Arbitrary Censorship: The app often censors content without clear guidelines or reasons. This arbitrary censorship feels unnecessary and stifles genuine conversations among fans.2.Lack of Security Improvements: Despite numerous complaints, Weverse has made no significant improvements in security. Spam posts and phishing links continue to plague the platform, making it unsafe for fans.3.Ignoring Harmful Content: Homophobic and bigoted posts are routinely ignored by the app’s moderators. These offensive posts remain visible, creating a toxic environment for many users.4.Inadequate Moderation of Livestreams: The app lacks proper moderation for livestreams, degrading the experience for both artists and fans. Without support, artists and fans are left to manage the chat, negatively impacting the quality of interactions.Overall, Weverse needs to address these serious issues to improve the user experience and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all fans.
