My account was banned for having multiple accounts and since then I tried to contact the support team for over 5 times for help so I can get my accounts deleted and start again but every time I contact them they just ignore my email before getting the work done 👎🏼

its complete bs, sent three tickets to the support centre because i accidentally logged out during a facecheck. didnt got replied at all. then sending the problem to the support through the app, theyre no helping also. sent three tickets and an endless email barrage to the support just to not get my profile unblocked, been waiting and still nothing done. thanks support team, truly useful!
