Feels Like a Scam – Apple Should Be Investigating This App

I purchased the annual subscription (RM294) after the app said I could text using a second number. After payment, I was assigned a number — only to find out I can’t send texts with it. There’s no option to switch to another number from a country where texting is actually supported. So I paid for a service I literally can’t use at all.I contacted Apple for a refund and was shocked when it was rejected outright, even though the app clearly doesn’t deliver on what I paid for. I’ve never had refund issues before — this is the first time I felt like I’ve been scammed on the App Store.Be warned: This app may look legit, but the service is region-locked in ways they don’t explain upfront, and once you pay, you’re stuck. Very disappointed with both the developer and Apple for letting this slide.

Never use this application anymore, the first day I subscribe, I saw it was not like it use to be I cancelled it and requested for refund but they refused. Now they have verification before you use their number. This is suppose to be 2nd number, I will never do such verification. Scammer! They will not refund you. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APPLICATION
