The game is very fine and designed intelligently, i just don’t like that when you encounter other players, they usually fight invisible enemies for you, so you only see other players shooting the air , i am not sure what other this they can do to be honest, but so far the game is amazing good. The best part that you can transfer the rank and upgrade for and item, so all your efforts in upgrading it wont go to waste if you got a better item, that’s for me is such a good feature. I love the teleportation and navigation systems, make it easier for me to find items.

Aspects to improve

There are a lot of aspects that Blizzard could improve, and I'm just giving my 2 cents here.The first is the shadow war. Yes, the difference between 2 clans in shadow war is clear when one of them is p2w but putting that aside, the movement speed for the boss is high enough for them to just walk and drag on the war, causing the opponents to have difficulty to attack the boss. It's a ridiculous strategy that somehow works, even though the boss did not even attack once and just keeps running like a headless chicken. It is a pathetic strategy and merely wastes our time! Reduce the boss' movement speed to make it fairer for the other opponents!I don't know if there has been a change to the battleground but if not, then I wish for the battleground to allow a party to enter. I think that would make battleground more fun and convenient for those who are already able to find close party members. The loot system, I don't really have to say more about that, do I? And please get rid of the chest that requires 4 people to open it. It doesn't feel worth it to involve 4 people, only to obtain common items 🤣🤣 you could at least put a lot of enchanted dust in it. Also regarding the treasure goblin, it is too dull & feels un-rewarding in a long run. If I recall correctly there are different types of treasure goblins in d3 so I am hoping to see those in this game (aka goblin that drops gems hehe).This is obviously a grindy game which is kind to those who pay, Blizzard could have done better ngl but if you have a nice clan and friends to play with (& is not competitive at all in war etc), going f2p is enough.

The best game i ever play. Reminds me of dota and the old diablo game i played. The graphics design best of the best. And the character is genuinely unique. But lately ive been facing issue with the bug in the game, especially during the battleground or dungeon event. I suddenly got kick out from the event and go back to log in place. It happen many times lately. And i also got penalty. I hope blizzard can fix this issue asap. As many player face the same problem.

This game is fun, and as long as you have the time and money to invest in it, you will enjoy it. But reason why i gave it 2 star, i recently got ban for no reason. The bullish attitude of the email sent was appalling. Not stating exact reason for ban, mind you, this is without warning of whatever violation unknown to me. No warning, and most of all, no chance to defend yourself. No proof, nothing. All money and time spent gone. They even said my appeal might not get a response. I mean, even the FBI don’t do that. So Diablo immortal (Blizzard) must have a God complex for a mere game. I mean if you try to hack the game then that’s understandable. But to ban people without evidence of violation is just on another level of silly. Play this game at your own risk.
