This is an amazing game but some of the players are spoiling it by idling in battle, if possible could you add harsher penalties? Maybe having 90 fair play points you would be banned from ranked and 80 banned from standard/quick It would be great if players could also drop from masters, it’s quite annoying having your fellow master teammate act like a beginner.I really think the problem is the player base and you should add a higher age starter and not allow 5 year olds to play a complicated game like this. Maybe 9 and up

ok so yea this game is fun and overall good quality stuff, i’ve seen people complain about connections problems but i can’t say thats true because i’m running on a good ipad. now heres a problem, despite the fact that the game is fun and great, it doesn’t seem like a challenge. this is coming from a person who played it for only 1 day, less than 24 hours. i mean i keep getting paired with people who dont know how to play the game and they all move exactly the same making them look like bots. how do they move the same? everytime they are low they just run eventhough i just kill them plus they only stay in 1 spot to attack me. at this point i’m not sure if im playing against bots or just players who didnt read the instructions. plus absolutely NONE of my teammates score goals or destroy them and I’m just like carrying them as a noob. this even gets worse at ranked, i got paired with people whose opposite side dont even score anything and my team doesnt score anything too, it’s only me. you need to fix all of these problems and whatever stuff thats going on in the background of the matchmaking and what i believe are “bots”, i dont really find the game fun anymore because it’s not a challenge dont get me wrong some people play for fun but i personally want to know if im good or not playing the game, oh well ima go now

It’s very annoying to get teammates idling during battle. It’s even worse that sometimes I got paired with teammates that got disconnected right after we got matched, the teammate didn’t even select their Pokémon. I suggest for cases like this, you guys can auto-rematch the players instead of letting disconnected player to affect other player’s gameplay especially in rank games. Besides that, Ithink the game have to revise the matching system in rank games as I’ve been paired with beginners as my teammates and my opponents are all experienced master rank players. It’s totally an unfair gameplay. Please do something about it. Stop wasting players time with these kind of gameplay. It’s a nice game but it’s ruined by weak game structure design. In addition to that, please put harsher penalty system for players who are idling or have malicious intent during gameplay, deducting FairPlay points is nothing serious for them. I suggest you could ban the users that are reported with malicious intents from playing any matches for certain period of time.

Unless you have a team playing together, this is a game of luck and you better pray you don't get matched with bots that is designed to pull you backwards actively. The most obvious thing is these bots are not designed to take Rayquaza in the final countdown and as a result, you gonna lose a game that is impossible to lose.I love this game for existing but after 5,000 games, I'm out.
