I spent a lot of money on both accounts, buying both the monthly pack and the battle pass and sometimes the top up crystals. But with how the company has been cheap with the anniversary rewards and not even bothering to communicate with the players on what’s happening really left a sour taste in my mouth. As good as the game is, if a company stops communicating with the players, then that’s a bad sign. If a company that earned so much in just the first year couldn’t even give us at least 20 or 30 pulls total across the anniversary events….it’s heartbreaking really. I love genshin. I love the first two chapters. I love the characters and the whole world around them very very much but this is just sad. That star rating is as thanks for making me go f2p HAHAHAHA

As a 1.0 player now we at 2.8, i’ve fallen in love with genshin the moment i started the game and pick my twin, i already knew im gonna love this game. it was such a new experience and really refreshing, i still remember everday i play genshin its so exciting, bc everything is so new, even though people complained zhongli not what they expected,anniversary reward was bs, and the skintone issue, with the community mixed w positive and negative community. those issues doesn’t effect my love for genshin bc at the end of the day, i always login into genshin even tho im tired or busy of the day, that’s how much i got attached with teyvat world. my safe space no one in reality in it. only me and my favourite world and people. i really appreciate the work and effort mihoyo put in the game. even people said the game rip off, did u even see the quality? imagine behind the game there are a lot works to be done, from the smallest to the biggest works, i’ve play a lot of games to know the quality and genshin is the quality of game that’s shouldn’t be free. im so happy mihoyo improved a lot you can see their teasers and cinematics are so amazing. of course there are some lacking but still the whole big picture genshin is literally another world. i love genshin and i will always play genshin until the end. - Traveller from Asia

firstly i wanna say that i am not a gamer, i am actually a nerd irl… but genshin impact changed my life, this game is the first game that has been downloaded on my phone and i rlly thankful for my friends who forced me to play with and now i got rlly addicted to this game, the graphic, the characters and the story all are rlly good!! i like the concept all the event and rewards (^^) im not defending mhy for the anniversary rewards, but here i wanna say that i am satisfied for the rewards you gave us, the event you released yesterday and 2 days before make me think im rich in da game (><) okay i originally had 17 primos only cuz i already pull kokomi’s banner one day b4 da anniversary event released, and now after 2 days i already got around 600 primos, the excitement of opening those chests make me miss myself when im on a lower ar (currently ar50) and the most recently theatre event, made me realised that i’ve been playing this game for nearly a year now (T^T) and the theatre event, im rlly moved cuz the amount of hard work y’all put in, i can’t describe it, it’s rlly hard yk since i learned computer science… but yea overall i rlly like the games, the concept, the story, the characters and i hope mhy, don’t let those bad words to your ear (^^*) and one thing…PLS GIVE ME BEIDOU CONS (T^T) i rlly appreciate that if you gimme c6 beidou!! aight that’s all

Hello! I really LOVED this game! I would get bored every few minutes or seconds but after my cousin forced me to play this, I’m no longer bored because of Genshin. Usually I would play Roblox for entertainment but now I’m just bored with it :/ I’m not saying I hate any games but I’m actually not the girl that is obsessed with games, never focus on school or any of those good stuff. But Genshin changed my life. I mean the anniversary rewards aren’t really that bad I guess but please!! I’ve been saving up my primo for kokomi banner. But I keep getting 4 star characters and weapons. But finally I got a 5 star character, but it isn’t kokomi. It’s Qiqi. So can you guys please not let Jean,Mona,Keqing,Diluc or Qiqi ruined our pity? I mean I understand. Their still 5 stars but people have been saving up their primos just for something they don’t want. But I’m not hating! (^o^) But the glitch/ error are really scary 😅😅 like albedo suddenly turns black. Not the normal skin colour but really black like this emoji “▪️” it’s scary for me LOL and Lumine in my team suddenly her eyes have no sparkles,she’s skinnier and not smilling. My Kujou Sara also suddenly turns mad. But it’s okay now :DD But chest are a bit…. Hard to find sometimes and we only get 2-5 primos from it. I appreciate it tho I guess 💗💗 Anyways please don’t ruin my pity on Childe and Hu Tao’s banner I really want them ever when I started playing ;C I start on Venti’s banner I think?
