You can manage your subscription at any time and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a 10-Minute English subscription.

Please take my advised! If you are not sure you want to use this program, don’t go for 7 days trial. Once you get into it, you will never even find the place for cancellation if you don’t feel want to proceed. This is sort like cheating our money and the money will be deducted from you bank account without your control

Hello!We use standard Apple subscriptions. In accordance with Apple's payment policy, subscription management is on the platform side for security reasons, developers do not have access to transactions and data of users who have signed up for a subscription. You need to cancel your subscription to the app yourself. Uncomfortable user experience

I wanted to cancel my subscription but they hide the menu so I couldn’t find it. Then I forgot to ask it to the customer service department since I was so busy, that means I had no choice but to pay for some month. I sent an email to them how to cancel it, will wait their reply
