My Aus numbers suddenly expired, contacted customer service and said they faced huge technical issue which they are trying to solve ASAP. Fine. My numbers active back but the number active days has messed up, and I can’t receive SMS at all from my numbers, and again, CS said the same technical issue on going which they’re trying to solve. When I was notified that issues has solved, so I need to just update the apps, I immediately get it done and guess what, prob not solved yet. CS then said only new numbers currently able to receive SMS which old numbers still trying to restore that, they compensated me with free coins and suggested to purchase new numbers. FINE. Going to purchase new numbers, AND NEW AUS NUMBERS ALL STATED SMS NOT SUPPORTED. SO WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING ME TO PURCHASE NEW NUMBERS?! Due to YOUR technical issue, it have caused me hassles for 10 days YET problems not fixed, solutions NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL! YOUR CS NEEDS TO IMPROVE AS WELL. OFTEN GOT REPLY AFTER A DAY WAIT. USELESS APPS.

Guys if your app is working just for showing nice interface. Backend is missing (which one is core feature) never seen such buggy product.Instead of showing fake countries where you can provide esim youd rather honestly share with us where its REALLY WORKING. For now 1Star only sorry
