I already request a refund twice on 8th and 9th May, but it keep show that i'm not eligible for the refund. Give back my money cause i didnt intend to renew any subscription. RM 189 is not a small amount. Please do something to this cause this is not my first time. Your Meitu App also like this.

Very disappointed. I signed up for a 7-day free trial, only to be charged RM35 immediately. Calling something a “free trial” while taking payment right away feels misleading and unfair to users.I would not have subscribed if I had known I would be charged instantly. Transparency is important, and users deserve clear information before any payment is processed. This experience has completely ruined my first impression of the app.I strongly encourage the developers to review their subscription system and provide refunds to users who were unexpectedly charged.

This app is really good I found all features very usefull and some don’t really work properly but most features that I used works perfectly fine but the reason why I give 4 stars is that it takes really long time to download the processed video but other than that this app is really great!
