Hi can u please check why when i put all my video in itunes album it cant open or play it neither i cant tranfer all the video when i connected tu itunes in my laptop. When i try to connect it to my itunes and open the file sharing in itunes there is no single of my video come out in my itunes. Please do something because that all video is my daughter video .
Decoy missing

First of all great app. I’ve been using this for about 2 years now and it’s really great and simple. Really recommend it. But after the recent update my decoy went missing after I changed my password. And when I restore the purchased, nothing happened. Please fix this. Thank you.

Video crashed

After few video clips, it crashed and unable to watch. Need to wait for a while like 30 minutes and back again to normal. Again it crash. Excellent app, after purchased the adverts gone.

Why bother with the latest update?So much hassle loading files for transfer. Then need to Delete loaded files after transfer!!!! Moreover, files in USB transfer doesn’t get removed after transfer!!!! Taking up memory and now I have insufficient memory!!!! It’s just a lousy latest update
