When ads was playing, the ads will stuck and it make me feel very sad😭💔. Other than that, the sound was quite annoying cause when the video was playing there will be the other sound will play at the same time. I am not very satisfied with these problems especially the ads was playing. I hope you can fix it.

I like this app so much but I have something to complain. I really hope that this app have malay subtitles. I actually don’t care about those add but the sound after that was annoying. But I still will rate this app with 5 star because I like it.

Viki doesn't translate or subtitle content ourselves; instead, our passionate volunteer community (people like you!) subtitle content on Viki. Usually, when subtitles for a video don’t appear or are incomplete, the community has not finished with the subtitling yet. Don't worry! They'll get to it very soon. A week ago, I was watching an old dramas and itwas lovely until today. I tried to continue where I left but, it showed that it’s only available for Viki Pass Plus Membership which the membership only solely for Americans citizen. :/ Too bad in Malaysia, there’re two subscription options only. Either basic or standard. Plus, the Viki Pass Plus, it’s a very expensive subscription of all! Most of best K-dramas now have been unavailable due to drama’s licensing problem. The old dramas which are now behind Viki Pass Plus are dramas which belonged to one of the three channels which united to make Kocowa. When the license ended, Kocowa chose not to renew it for Viki, but keep it for its own website. See? No worth to subscribe anymore. I’m off from this app. Gonna wait for Kocowa to be available for Malaysia, I guess. 🤨
