Not friendly for foreigners

I have registered my cc to the app but yet still having outstanding issues, really hard to follow up, only available via call, the chat doesnt work, every time i reply message no status, I need to out from the chat and get back in to get the update, very hassle. The only solution provided is bank transfer, how can foreigners have local bank account!I want to settle my outstanding but you make it difficult to process, thats super weird
