Hello, why do I have ada popping here and there when clearly I have a subscription? And if possible make the subtitles available to all shows, movies or tv series. I am from Malaysia with half Malaysian and half Filipino kids, if I wanted them to watch Goin' Bulilit, at least they get to have fun and understand with the subs on.Edit:I don't want to get mad but I am genuinely asking why I still have ads when I clearly subscribed. I am on the verge of saying bad things as I kept on browsing for shows but for every show I click there's an ad, not just one or two, but three advertisements.

Please make sure that you log into the same account you used to subscribe to enjoy your paid subscription ad-free. Please be aware that the English subtitle feature was only added on February 2, 2015, on iWantTFC. Most shows released before that date do not have subtitles. Currently, English subtitles are available for certain shows and movies. They will automatically appear on your screen, or you can click the “CC” button on the video player. No english subtitle

Hi, I was watching a series “Be Careful with My Heart” but suddenly there is no english subtitles. There is no CC button on the screen and I tried to open on ipad and laptop but there is no CC button. is this bug or can you help ?

regarding about shows with subtitles

Hello iWantTFC first of all i want to tell you that i really enjoy watching “pangako sa’yo (remake)” and i’d like to watch the original version of “pangako sa’yo” with english subtitle please!! and also, i put a show “sanay wala nang wakas” to my watchlist and i really interested in that series so if you guys please add subtitle to it i’ll appreciate it!
