Your loading screen is TOO long with the 4 logos. Sometimes on the go I want to add expense fast and this loading screen feels like forever. Secondly please allow us to attach pdf directly when adding an expense instead of having to add expensive first, edit and attach. Please take a look at the app “Smart Receipts” on how they do it. Also maybe add a “Add Expense” shortcut to the iPhone share tab so we easily add an expense when a pdf or image is opened.

SUBSCRIBED BUT CAN’T USE

I subscribed on January 11, but whenever I log in they asked me to subscribed again. But when you click to subscribed it says I already subscribed and I should try again to go in to the app. The issue was still unresolved until today. This app was highly recommended by my friends but super disappointed

Hello there! I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe and even endured the hassle of being ushered to return multiple calls just to get my subscription cancelled.. Alas.. instead of having it cancelled.. I am now facing a monthly subscription that I do not intend to use anymore.. Can you make the user experience friendlier? Not just the subscription part but as well as cancellation of your app. Thank you.
