After print first page using phone, i need to close the apps then open back before can print another page. Then close open back for another page. Only 1 page can print on once open

Cannot print the waybill
I hate groziiee
i did uninstall and install the app few times already but still the app cannot connect to the thermal printer and cannot print the waybill !! No customer service available even though they keep on insisting us to contact them ! scammm !!

Sorry for the inconvenience 🙏. You must first enable Bluetooth and device location before printing. And to contact customer service, leave a message on the platform from which you purchased the printer.

Stop with the updates

Its getting worse, before i can print easily but now i ve been stuck for 20 minutes on "printing preview". It kept loading but nothing happen
