See the time you have left, and make it count. Habits, streaks, countdowns, and your whole day in one calm, ADHD-friendly app. Build habits, keep streaks, plan ahead.
Left is a time-awareness app built on one idea: your time is limited, and seeing it changes how you use it. Left turns time into something you can see, then helps you act on it with habits, streaks, countdowns, and a planner for your day.
TIME LEFT
See where you are in the year, month, week, day, hour, and your life. Each unit is a symbol; the past dims, what remains stays in view. Your life in weeks, year progress, and life progress, made tangible. Choose dots, symbols, colours, and layouts. A quiet, honest way to face limited time without it becoming morbid.
HABITS, STREAKS & AIMS
Left is a habit tracker for the person you’re trying to become. Build habits on any schedule: daily, several times a day, weekly, monthly, or custom. Track streaks and protect them, count the days since anything that matters, and set reminders so nothing slips. And you don’t have to do it alone: share a habit or streak with a friend, keep each other accountable, and send kudos, cheers, and encouragement when it counts. With aims, you have a flexible goal tracker for anything you can count, helping you build up or cut down. Stay on track and see your progress every day.
AHEAD - COUNTDOWNS & DATES
Add the dates that pull you forward: trips, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings, deadlines, retirement, and personal milestones. Count down to each one, import from Apple Calendar, and track both the days until and the days since. New: every Ahead date now has its own to-do list, so you can plan the small tasks that make the date happen and tick them off as it approaches. Share an Ahead date with a friend, follow it side by side, comment, and add to-dos together on shared dates.
PLANNER
Planner pulls everything that matters into one beautiful, time-first view: your habits, streaks, Ahead dates, Apple Calendar events, Apple Reminders, weather, sleep, and workouts, all together at last. Not another calendar, but a clear, calm picture of what the day is actually asking of you. Because everything lives in one place instead of five apps, Planner is a quiet ally for ADHD minds: see the whole day at a glance and miss nothing. Two new widgets come with it: a Planner widget and a Calendar widget for your Home Screen.
FASTING TOOL
A simple yet beautiful fasting tool inside Left. Pick a fasting window, start it in a tap, and follow every fast live from your Lock Screen, widgets and the Dynamic Island. Your history and stats are all there too.
FRIENDS
All-new. Add the people who matter and keep each other moving. Stay accountable on the habits and streaks you share, join an Ahead date together, comment, add to-dos, and stay in the loop as it counts down. Private by design, with no public feed.
WIDGETS, WALLPAPER & MORE
Over 20 widgets for Home Screen, Lock Screen, StandBy, and iPad. Widgets work as gentle visual reminders: your habits, streaks, and dates stay in sight without opening an app — a real help if you have ADHD or simply forget what’s not in front of you. Turn your time-left grid into a dynamic Lock Screen wallpaper that updates as the days pass. Follow final countdowns and habit progress with Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. See your life progress, age, habits, and countdowns in You. Measure the exact distance between two dates with Time Between.
WHY LEFT
Other apps give you habits without design, or aesthetics without depth. Left combines both: the widget range, the design quality, and the full set of time tools, in one app made with restraint and taste.

1. iCloud backups - It does not provide, hopefully this feature will be included in the next update.2. Habits – Please provide a habit feature that allows for setting start and end times. This is important for tracking the actual time spent on each habit throughout the day.3. FaceID - For added security, a FaceID/password function can also be added.4. Widgets - The time on the widget is incorrect; for example, on the medium "Dynamic Time" widget, the needle do not show the right time with actual time. iOS clock 10pm, needle still 9pm.5. Just a friendly suggestion: it would be greatly appreciated if the developer could move that message—currently tucked away at the very bottom of the settings—to a different location.
Developer Response
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! The app has backup and sync, it works through your account automatically. You just need to “Sign in with Apple” in Settings. After that sign in in another device and you should see all synced and therefore backup :)I’m working on a few things that you mentioned, as the Face ID and more ways to track habits, including time. For the widgets, unfortunately they depend on the device when it decides to update them in order to optimize the battery, sometimes they remain stuck for a few minutes. I’m not sure which message you mean in Settings, but feel free to send me an email to cristianrus4@gmail.com and I can have a look to more things and improve them in the app.Best,Cristian
Discrepancy for time ahead date widget with real time
Shamy copper
Days left for time ahead date shown on widget not synching with real time in app
Developer Response
Hi there,The widgets show the time left as complete units, while the app allows to be more granular and go up to milliseconds. This is not a bug but intentional, since the widgets on iPhone cannot update so frequently due to iOS limitations. So on a widget it might say for example "6 days left" and on the app "5 days, 19 hours, 45 minutes..." Sorry if this bothers you but is an iOS limitations and I cannot do anything. I hope you understand and consider updating your review. Thanks a lot.
Super App with a critical flaw
sosickofitmen
I’m a supporter, the app has been great until I notice that the date showing in “month”, first dots start from Wednesday…which make no sense and hard to instant recognize the date/time LEFTHope this issue fixed for ultimate experience. ( Will resubmit review )
Developer Response
Hi there, Thanks for using the app and for sharing your feedback. Left isn’t meant to display a traditional calendar view. The goal is to visualize time left (whether in an hour, day, month, year, or lifetime for example) through dots and other minimal representations, not to align with weekdays or replicate a calendar grid. There are many calendar apps designed for that purpose, but Left focuses on offering a different, more abstract way to perceive time passing. That said, I really appreciate you taking the time to point this out. Feedback like yours helps me understand what users expect and where the concept could evolve. I’ll keep in mind the idea of a proper calendar-style view for a future version, as I explore ways to make the experience clearer while still staying true to the app’s minimalist design.Best,Cristian
Why cant i custom my widget on iphone?
yourmommmmmmm_
Why my widget is boring on wallpeper? But on the app is cute like we can choose little hearts lol
Developer Response
Hi there, You totally can! Please long press over a widget and when is wobbly (moving in edit mode) tap over the widget, this will open the widget settings. In the widget settings you have an option to change the symbol and choose exactly the same symbols as in the app, including the hearts. If you still have issues please send me an email to cristianrus@hey.comHope this fixes the issue for you, if so, please consider updating your review, this helps a lot small developers. Thanks you.
