Please help, my account stuck at the trooper upgrade instructions where I can’t do it as the troop required star up, I can’t do anything nor continue to play now, I just had some in app purchases

The game is fun but a bit hard depends on luck too. At the late stage if u don’t buy anything it’s almost impossible to win. I don’t mind watching the Ads even though it’s long. Just that 60% of the Ads can’t close. That dang small yellow button on top right is not working and I get stuck after watching the long Ads it’s frustrating and I close the game it doesn’t continue but have to start afresh. Please make the Ads shorter and the close button easier to press after watching thanks 🙏

Watching ads is a massive advantage, and there is too much P2W. Leaving no space for free-to-play players who just want to enjoy the game. Level 9-10 is almost impossible for new free-to-play players. Even if the players who optimize the counter advantages using common troop gears (around level 8-9) as Lance counters Ranged, Archer counters Heavy in Level 9 is too difficult. I would definitely not recommend this game if you do not want to waste your time.
