I subscribed and my credit card has already been charged, but the app keeps giving me an error every time I try to generate a story. It just says: “Ops! Failed to generate story. Try again.” no matter what I do. I’ve tried different prompts, lengths, and creativity settings, but nothing works.There’s no clear explanation, no support button inside the app, and no guidance on whether this is a bug, a server issue, or something wrong with my account — even though I’ve paid for premium access.Very disappointed because I was really excited to use this for writing. Please fix this or provide proper support. Right now, it feels like I paid for nothing.
