Periksa turns a property defect inspection into a finished report before you leave the building.
Walk the unit room by room. Tap the room, the element and the defect type, set the severity, take a photograph, save, next. When you have finished, Periksa produces a clean A4 PDF report in English, in Bahasa Malaysia, or in both together, ready to send to your customer on WhatsApp or by email.
No more photographing everything on your phone and then spending an evening at a laptop working out which photo belongs to which room.
BUILT FOR THE WAY A REAL INSPECTION WORKS

THE REPORT
A fixed, professional A4 layout: a cover with a photograph of the unit and your own branding, scope and limitations, a summary with counts by room, every finding with its photographs and recommendation, the floor plan with numbered pins, and a closing declaration. Selectable text, not a screenshot, so it stays sharp and can be searched. Small enough to send on WhatsApp.
WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
The inspection itself happens entirely on your phone. Empty unit, no electricity, no bars on the phone: Periksa does not care. Only signing in to claim your free inspection, and subscribing, need a connection.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Periksa has no cloud for your work, no analytics and no tracking. Your inspections, your customers' names and addresses, and every photograph stay on your phone unless you send a report yourself. The only things Periksa ever sends are your email address, to hold your free inspection, and the subscription itself, which the App Store handles. There is a tool to clear old photographs when you no longer need them, and a reminder when a job reaches the age you promised your customers.
YOUR FIRST INSPECTION IS FREE
Periksa is free to download, and your first real inspection is free too: a real property, real defects, the full camera and mark-up workflow, and the finished report to read on screen, page by page, exactly as it would print. The free inspection does not produce a PDF file; every page of its on-screen preview is marked TRIAL COPY.
There is also a sample inspection to look around first. Exploring it costs you nothing and does not use up your free one.
When you are ready to send clients their reports, subscribe to Periksa Pro, monthly or yearly, whichever suits the way you work. Unlimited inspections and unlimited clean, client-ready PDF reports while it runs. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If it ends, everything on your phone stays yours to read; new client-ready PDFs are what need renewal.
