Why can’t i access the app after installed? The app shutdown immediately. I have deleted and reinstalled for several times already.

Thanks for your feedback. We are aware of some issues a small number of fans are facing with the app and are looking into it. In the meantime, if you can try deleting the app and installing it fresh from the App Store, we have found this is resolving the issues for most users. No live radio broadcast!

Hi, as a person who has been using the previous version of the app and now this new one, I found that the live radio broadcast that existed in the previous app has been removed completely. It is now only found in MUTV and available in selected countries with subscriptions. This is truly a negative point of the app because everything else is good but when you remove the live radio broadcast, you’re making things difficult for those who can’t get access by other means such as through TV or a computer and they rely on their phones at that point in time. Please be considerate and bring back the live radio broadcast feature as it makes us feel like we’re watching the match even though we have no other ways available to watch. Until then, my ratings will be average.
App is almost perfect but

1. Wish there will be tags or categories/sections to group every contents for easier navigation if preferred contents for example “old highlights”, “interviews”, “goal cams” etc… 2. More intuitive video player controls. Such as swipe left / right to easily pan backward / forward the video timeline to get / rewind desired moment easily. 3. Shop with native UI and payment. 👌 guess this will come later.Lastly, mobile team is doing a fantastic job. Lastly I wish UI/UX could be improved further as there’s too many buttons in one page esp on top nav bar, and profile page UI is kinda messy and it could be grouped using card views.
Not friendly app

This new version is in my opinion is not friendly app as it does not show other teams fixtures and results. Compared to previous version, it shows other teams fixtures and results which I would want to know. This new app features gives me boring feeling and if it continue to be as it is, I may uninstall it soon. I also see other review saying there is no radio broadcast, which I think it should maintain from the previous version. Most fans might not have the time to watch it on tv and radio broadcast is the only medium the fans can get connected. Pls look into this. Thanks
