Disappointed loyal customer
Lazada was once a great company, committed on providing the best customer service and fast delivery. I have recent purchase from lazada and after more than 1 week, it is still showing the same status as Day 1. Feedback to the lazada helpline but keep asked to wait and they can’t do anything.. This is really frustrating and irritating.. Lazada is no longer same as my first purchase experience in few years back and I don’t see there is really good price offered in promotion and now buyer have to pay for the shipment.. Please improve your shipment update and fast delivery, I still waiting for my purchased item which not sure when to receive.. I still giving Lazada a 2 Stars hopefully it to improve. After improvement will come back for 5 Stars..
LEX MY lying about delivery
It tells me my parcel has been delivered when it has not. They even had the audacity to give me a scanned PDF of someone's signature. When I contacted customer service, "Carissa, customer service specialist" told me via email that they have "checked carefully" and it has been delivered to me with signature signed and told me to check with my guardhouse. What is this kind of attitude? You attached a transcript of a convo I had with a customer service agent "Aaron James" too, yet in the Live Chat I have already specifically told him that THERE IS A SIGNATURE SIGNED BY SOMEONE ELSE on my tracking page. DID YOU EVEN READ THE TRANSCRIPT YOU ATTACHED??? And yet you still sent the signature to me. You truly made my blood boil with your response. If you had checked carefully, then tell me who was the person who claimed the parcel! Name? IC? Where's the proof? Anyone could have signed it. How can you show a signature with NO NAME to the customer???? That signature was not even mine and you dare to claim that it has been delivered to me and that you "checked carefully". I was supposed to have my items today but you completely ruined my weekend. If you don't solve this problem I am NEVER going to use Lazada again. Apparently this happens a lot to other people too! I was shocked when I googled and found I am not the only one experiencing this. This is only my 4th purchase in a week and you have already given me such a horrible experience.
Review of fraudulent seller rejected by Lazada.
Had a valid voucher which I tried to use. Lazada system said it had expired but it had not. Simple question of fact, so I took photos of the voucher including name of person who authorised it and the validity period. Lazada received the photos, promised they would investigate and respond but the proceeded to ignore my reminders. It has been a month since the issue arose and Lazada have ignored reminders for weeks. I have uninstalled the app. Moral of the story: if you use Lazada you can forget about customer service. UPDATE: Lazada finally apologised, sent me a replacement voucher. I have used it and received my purchase by courier. This puts the story at a Happy Ending. 4 instead of 5 stars because really this could have been resolved so much earlier. But at least I know Lazada works, even if slowly.
NEW ISSUE. Another transaction. Misleading advertisement. I bought the product, realised I was lied to, and duly put in a negative review. Review was rejected. No reasons given. I have the facts, I posted the screenshot, but review rejected so Ttech can go on bluffing. Why is Lazada assisting crooks? You tell me. UPDATE I cut my review down in text length, posted photos instead to let buyers make their own conclusions but my photos were REMOVED by Lazada. So only 1 picture which doesn’t say much, and my cut-down review.
