After i update the latest version at 13/5 , keep jump out from the screen . I will like to reinstall but if i delete it then i will lost all of my data ( because i am not log in by Line ) .Is a very nice game , hope can help me up .If really cannot help then no choice i have to delete this game and nv play again

I have used almost all of my diamonds to get the 5 of the Scottish Fold gold card. The problem is when I’ve managed to get 4 of the Scottish Fold Card, I’m not able to claim the 5th Scottish Fold Card even after I have more than 2 x Norwegian Forest, more than 2 x Turkish Angora and 4 x Russian Blue. I tried to claim it twice and after claiming it, it never gave me the 5th Scottish Fold Card and this happened twice. Now I’m out of diamond and the event is ending soon. I don’t know whether to use my 4 x remaining Scottish Fold Cards to claim the other Character card instead of the [Evo] Dark Aaron Card. I’m not interested in the other character cards but only interested in the [Evo] Dark Aaron Card. I felt like I have been scammed by this game company. No wonder not much players are left in the game. Dear developers, make sure your whole game works properly before launching something new such as events that needs players to use diamonds but after players using their diamond, such game developer’s error and mistakes made the players wasted their diamonds and effort for the event. If I’m not, compensated back for all the diamonds I have used for this [Evo] Dark Aaron Card event or given the [Evo] Dark Aaron Card as a compensation, I’m definitely quitting this game and you all will lost another player for your game company. Let’s see how you developers are going to handle this error and mistake of yours. Then we will know whether or not you developers really appreciate and concern about your players.

I’ve been playing this game for 5 years. Recently, the rate of this game is getting hilarious. The rate and description does not tally at all. For instant, 59% dice control does not work 80% of the time. 29% defence on the opponent works like a charm; whereas 80% movement defence fails to work 60% of the time. 70% nullifying angel card, 85% island escape always fail to activate. Not just the skill rate, the card or pendant material is extremely hard to get. One can spend more than 10k diamonds and still get nothing at all. There’s no safety net for the players. Indonesia developers have been exploiting the users for years. Unlike Korean gaming company, there are laws protecting the users/gamers. So the developer cannot alter the rate of the game anyhow they want. Total transparency !So for those new players, stop wasting your time and money on this game.

This game is getting worse, every time after an update force quit from the game is happening more frequently, few maps that are amazing is also never happen to play anymore such as zombie, ice age, bomb and so on, I hope there are still chances we are able to play back those fun map, because the map that I played for this few months is totally the same map. Last but not least, only found that few dices is available on sale, which old one is not buyable, causing less on selection for the player, new event item drop rate is also very low hope you can increase to a bit higher more
