pls fix the connection issue! it keeps disconnected once you off the screen unlike it used to where we’re constantly connected and will not disconnected when our screen is off! it’s very annoying and big problem! notification is constantly not received when screen is off due to this! fix it pls! update: deleting and reinstalling app trick DOESN’T work! still getting disconnected when screen is off! fix this pls! Using Nordvpn is not a pleasant experience .... still quite a number of apps failed to work when it is on ....the app keep repeating in an annoying way to reminder me to activate the the renewing option which is after a year .... then after the last update, the star asking me the password of my Mac key chain which I consider a security break.... when denies the app hangup and can not be removed ever after I restart the Mac .... when finally to uninstall it left behind an ikon on may start screen ....Really hope Apple take notice and remove this app from the App Store ....

Is it by design that you need to login every week, and that the logging in process is by way of your website? Because it is a hassle to do this every week (or so, since sometimes it’s somehow not required). Further, logging in on the website does not work 100% of the time - coz even when I put in my account details it doesn’t log me in, instead I have to redo the process. Please fix these or make it more convenient (one click process). Thanks.
