I’ve been using Joox for so long! I’ve tried different apps but I’d always go back to Joox cause it’s somehow hastle free? It’s more convenient and user friendly. I also like the fact that we can sing along to the song (karaoke feature), lyrics feature, offline feature (recently played), personalize our playlist (can even choose our own cover from our own gallery!) and coin feature (you can purchase VIP using the coins & you can get the coins by just opening the app daily!) Although many people prefer other apps because of the ads, I personally don’t mind and it doesn’t really bother me as much. Definitely my go to apps! I tend to listen to mainstream songs or korean OSTs so I don’t really have a hard time searching for my preferred songs, but I do prefer if they could increase the range for their songs (cause many korean songs are only available in japanese vers), increase more lyrics/karaoke versions and possibly allow users to even upload our lyrics for the song! Besides that, great apps!

Hi joox. U were good to me. I love u and thank you for the past few years for staying with me. I love the improvements of the app. The new features the galaxy sound, the lyrics, the fast new song updates. It was all good until a few days ago I found out so many songs has been removed. I don’t know what the reason is but Joox has been removing almost all the songs I’ve saved in my playlist. I don’t understand what’s going on. I assume Joox removing songs that against it’s rules i guess? I don’t know but that’s just my assumptions. I was hoping that it will get fixed as soon as possible. I am very disappointed that now I can’t listen to music like I used to anymore. I can’t play almost all of my favorite songs. I couldn’t enjoy listening to music on joox anymore. I love joox because it’s such an amazing app for a person who loves to listen to music. Joox was the best app so far. I loved Joox. It took me a long time/days to find another free music app. I couldn’t find one that is the same as Joox. Like I said, Joox is the best music app, I’ve ever had. It’s hard to find one like Joox. But anyway, I guess I’ll just listen to songs on another app. I’ve decided to delete Joox from my phone. Until it turns back like it used to then I’ll reinstall it. Thank you Joox. I’ve been using joox for years, quite love it, but recently im having a problem with it which i’ve been encounter for months and it’s getting worse. Months before, i sometimes have to re-download all the songs that i’ve downloaded before, but because this situation didnt occur much, i dont really pay attention to it. Recently, this problem has been occurring more frequently. I’ve wasted my data and time to download the songs and now i have to download it again and again and again for about every week! It took me lots of time and battery and data! I even encounter this problem in one day! I re-downloaded all the songs in the morning, then in the afternoon, the app log me out, and when i log in again, my songs were un-downloaded AGAIN! Wasted my time, my battery and my data! Please fix it!!!!

The advertising feature is understandable but why it appears at places it shouldn’t be? For instance, you hosting a dem party and your playlist from joox goes on the speakers and suddenly everyone starts hearing ads. Yes i understood you need to have vip to be free of ads but this is getting entirely off-hand. Furthermore, about the ads that appears and blocking you from tapping the “...” button. I just want to quickly open up a song and set a timer of 30 minutes bfr i go to bed and what i get is a waiting time of 10 precious second of my life to wait for the “...” button to appear. Besides all this, i really enjoy this app and have already given a 5 star rating😉✌🏻
