Friendly app

Easy to use, access and check data. Happy to notice the new changes in our data plan to accommodate for our daily usage and be amongst the competitor in the market. Although maxis is still the most expensive amongst the market, but if there isn't any issues in terms of the line and customer service, then there is no reason for a change. If there is a lucky draw or some sort, which might reward your customers with freebies such as movie tickets, etc, it would be great 🙂

Disappointed on the current plan

I’ve just used this maxis line for about 4-5 months, I have no doubt on their data line except sometimes occurs no data and signal at all when there is a big raining night, and at my area is pretty good so far, but just one thing I felt unsatisfied and unhappy is the plan I change to excess 5G I can’t use it at all because my area not running any 5G line, which means the money that I spent just for 4G data and I have to throw my 5G data away to see it but not able to use it, and this is how Tele company release the plan when Malaysia still not mature enough to running the 5G data and force the people to buy the plan, even is not that expensive but they choose to tell the people your current plan is cheaper than your previous plan, but the never tell customer and just laugh at people that non of my business because your area not allow to use the 5G data is doesn’t mean that is my company issue, so everyone should move it to the big city like KL or somewhere able to access and use the 5G data so that your data won’t waste it, please don’t allow the chance for me to find any good and average plan, I will definitely change it directly!

Worst service and an even more worse app

Am such a loyal Maxis person but feel sad to see the performance deteriorate from day to day. In a time when people are enjoying high speed internet with no issues connecting to three or four devices, Maxis WiFi is completely dysfunctional and extremely frustrating. The customer service officers completely lack any knowledge and actually they have no interest in solving any issues but just instructing us to do a bunch of pretty useless stuff (like switching off and on, check connections, check speed) and the end of it say something that literally translates to “this is the only screwed up service we can offer you, just take it or leave it”. Lastly the app, oh my god, what kind of app have you created, no information on the account, no history of bills - nothing! All that I can say, Maxis has done a great job in ensuring my loyalty and belief in Maxis dwindles down steadily. Oh, by the way pls wish me luck - gonna call them again in a bit! Like that would change anything.
