What matters to me most is how genuine is the owner of any muslim marriage app and his team in helping their Muslim brothers and sisters seeking halal and marry and how truly Islamic the app people are (are they accepting every Muslim and allow him/her express themselves freely to get the right spouse?). And from what I’ve seen so far in the Muzz app social window and in the sisters bios and in my own bio (I’m a man), I could say that Muzz is a reliable app to find a wife/husband and socialize freely (as long as you don’t bluntly offend others). And of course Allah knows better, I don’t know other brothers’/sisters’ experiences with the Muzz team. My only hope is that the app owner (sorry forgot his name and can’t go see my followings on the social window on the app cuz this review would go away) does not play with algorithms to make it harder for compatibles to cross so that we pay for more features. But if he designed it smooth then he and his team get our money for their halal work and important service they provide for us. If that’s the case, I ask Allah to reward them in dunia and aakhirah.
Suggestion: Notes for matches

Hey devs,I have a suggestion for the app. Its called Notes feature for matched chats. Its like personal notes for ourselves to write about the matched person. Its great to have that feature instead of having a physical notes or elsewhere in the phone, the app itself compliments that feature it’s gonna be really useful. Thanks

False identity

From my personal experience, I encountered someone who claimed to be an imam from Sarawak. On the app, he used a different name that was not his real identity. After doing my own research and discovering his actual name, I found conflicting information — he presented himself as being in his 20s, but official records indicated that he was actually in his 40s.Even the photos used appeared to be edited to make him look much younger, while publicly available information from the Sarawak Islamic Religious authorities shows that he is actually much older.This raises concerns about the lack of proper identity and age verification on the platform. I strongly suggest that the app implement stricter verification measures to ensure users are genuine and transparent about who they are. This is important for user safety and trust, especially on platforms meant for meaningful connections.

Don’t remove people who liked(in travel mode) after subscription expires

I applaud you on such a great app especially for women which allows for a safe environment to communicate with potential matches. However, I am really surprised that you deleted all the people who liked me (in travel mode) but I hadn’t liked them back after my subscription ended. This is really unfair because I intended on following up on many of these profiles after my subscription ended but now all of them have disappeared. I paid for my subscription and therefore should be entitled to have access to these profiles.Please consider changing this policy of yours or at least give people notice that this will happen. It’s unfair
