Been user of Down Dog for several years. With the pandemic that has been going on the developers made a lot of improvements. Unlike many other apps out there, the team behind DD have actually given the users an all free access for overall premium experience, including for the other DD apps. It’s an unexpected but certainly a very kind gesture from the team; considering the fact that this situation not only affect individual’s world, but even companies as well.I’ll definitely subscribe to support the developers in the future. You won’t find anything else that really caters to the community such as Down Dog or it’s sister apps. Can’t believe I never wrote a review DD before! :) 💙 🐶

As someone who has diligently practice yoga for the past 7-8 years in the gym, the nationwide lockdown is challenging as I am more disciplined in taking instructions from yoga teachers than practicing on my own. I love the flows of full practice in this app, and love to have the flexibility in choosing anytime to practice, and which particular body parts I aim to work on. Best of all, the music is so soothing that time flies while practicing. Will really consider subscribing it after the covid-19 pandemic! Perhaps not the best for advanced users, but I find it thoroughly ideal for a beginners’ use! It allows a lot of customisation, which suits to different types of needs in terms of focus (which areas/stretches are your concern) and the time limit per session is set by you. No one-size-fits-all here, you are able to adjust accordingly to your level and time. Once you’ve selected your areas of concern, then only would the app generate the right moves for you. Best purchase ever!

The best yoga app for your physical and mental health. I was offered the free subscription to this app during the early stage of the pandemic.
