Worst flight app in the world.
The worst flight app I have ever come across. After selecting the flight, I see no NEXT button. I added the flight to the shopping cart but I don’t see any CHECKOUT button. There is something below the page but failed to display properly. I ended up with no ticket purchased. Have to do it on a computer.
App lagged and bugged
App will crashed when log in 😑 restart so many times still no result. Had to log in via website to check my itinerary and order. Hope Jetstar will improve their app for future usage.
Unable to login
Please fix this issue, been trying to login with the correct password. But the page just freezes
