Broken login process
I have to continually login whenever I use the app. No other transport related app does this and it’s very tiresome and detracts immensely from the use experience. I can understand login timeouts if you don’t use for more than a week. But several times a day?
Seems to work great now.
Used for the first time recently and it was very smooth. Didn’t have to log back in like with previous versions.
Login problems are frustrating
JomCharge app keeps logging users out. When try to login again it says error. Very frustrating when you want to charge and you cannot login.
