Description
KCPS App allow you to search and make payment by using reloaded credit to pay for your Over Parking Notices & Compounds for Kuching South City Hall (MBKS) and Kuching North City Hall (DBKU). Besides that, the app allows you to make 'Open Payment' also by using the reloaded credit.

Non parking payable system app
Comparing to Miri City, they have Borneo Parking System (BPS) where you can pay directly for parking system through the application. Green environment where everything is on your finger.
While for Kuching City, the MOTHER city of Sarawak, you are required to use cupon a non environmental and non user friendly system. How can Miri has a better features for digitalisation while kuching is still using an old school practice? This KCPS is non useful after all since we can utilize sarawak pay to pay your bills & tickets.
Please improve and learn from BPS or to make it easier, upgrade BPS to cover other City Councils in Sarawak.
What a shame for an so called “Ibu Negeri Sarawak”.
Not a parking payment app
Nothing great about this app. Sarawak is supposed to be a leader in digital transformation. Selangor and KL parking system apps are more advance and have more features such payment of car parking fees. In Kuching, it is still using a coupon system and thus app does not help either.
Seriously?
To be fair, this app has potential. Sadly, app developer and whoever within the council/authority probably had stuffed their pockets full with funds they got from us tax payers which was suppose to go into continually maintain & upgrade this app…smh the country’s going to hell anyways
