Trienekens Customer Care mobile application is a platform that enables communities within the jurisdiction of Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU), Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS), Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) and certain parts of Majlis Daerah Serian (MDS) to share their feedback and queries relating to our services with ease.

Trienekens Customer Care features:

• Reporting damaged or lost bins
• Lodging a complaint
• Customer satisfaction survey
• RoRo container services for bulky waste
• General enquiry

Scheduled waste generators in the states of Sarawak, Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan are able to make use the following Trienekens Customer Care features:

Help

Try to register, but not completed since there’s no email sent to me. Once i re-do the while register process, it’s stated that my phone number already taken.

Can’t lodge complain

Tried to lodge complain, but it’s stuck at “please wait” forever after I enter the details and press submit…
