No notification

Need to have notification if we have submitted balik kampung. Or else we are not sure it’s working or not. 1 star for the app developer and MAMPU.
5 star to the PDRM. They came 3 times a day, took photo of my house before they left. Today they came for a final checking and took photo of us in the house as a prove we are back home.

Very good except TAC need to request twice

I was annoyed by a group of people making noise and playing firecracker at 3 something in the morning outside my house. Decided to install this app but I was skeptical at first whether police will come. I made a report with this app, and within 10 minutes got police car come and warn them. As for the TAC, I didn’t get at first but waited a few minutes and request again before I get it.

Didn’t come even once

Requested police check while we’re away for a week, but checked on cctv that they didn’t come even one time. Already had many vandalism and other problems from the workers in our apartment building and went to report police but they didn’t take it seriously. Now this patrol police also a big let down. When came home saw the wood under our gate (put to block workers from throwing rubbish) was moved and rubbish in the entrance. Very disappointing Setia Alam police. PJ police are so much better and helpful.
