Description
The MyHRMIS Mobile application was the latest JPA mobile application that includes all the functions in the existing MyHRMIS application, namely MyHRMIS Cuti, MyHRMIS Profil, MyHRMIS eGL, MyHRMIS Self Check, MyHRMIS Care and MyHRMIS Keluar Pejabat.
All the functions available in the existing MyHRMIS application can be accessed in this latest application in the form of a simpler, neat and attractive display.

This updates is to fix issues below:
1. Error on calendar in leave and out of office module.
2. Error on personal record updates for those who use passport for login

Date selection doesn't show day anymore
In the old version, the date selection shows the name of day of the week. But in the new version, only the date is shown. Have to open calendar to make sure the day is correct. Bring back the day display!

Dysfunctional and Non-Humanising Update
Previously it was all fine despite of many improvements that it can do. Recently, this apps has totally limit users login experience to only logging in via MyDigital ID. Do you think it’s easy for everyone to login MyDigital ID? I have to change my phone recently and it has camera defect which hindered me from successfully using MyDigital ID at all. I can’t use the apps and it’s useless. For all you know, there should always be a second option to login via IC and password because that’s a valid way to login.
Dah banyak complaints dari users sejak Julai 2024 and masih takde penambahbaikan. Nak “moving forward” pun jangan la sampai impact user experience. Sigh.
Useless app for shift workers
For shift workers, the working time doesn’t follow the Monday - Friday working day where sat & sun is an off day.
For an air traffic controller from dept of civil aviation, whom works in shifts 3days work & 1day off cannot apply leave with this mobile app because there is no “hari tidak bekerja” in the options, so this application only accept/assume the off day is Saturday & Sunday only.
When you want apply leave on Sat & Sun this app cannot/will not accept. Or if you apply leave on Friday to Monday, this app only counts 2days leave not 3days (1day off), so this app is useless to government shift workers. It should be 0 star rating. What a waste
