Simple and easy but yet need improvement

Appreciate it if the developer can make more settings on notifications. It’s slightly annoying when all the notifications pop out saying “job available at bla2”. I appreciate it if the notifications are just for the carer applied for a job, not the notifications where the job is available because for me it’s useless because when I tapped on it, nothing happened so why bother to make such notifications? Thanks.

FIX THE APPS

Please fix the apps
1) when carer (not only me) send chat sometimes it doest delivered to admin and it’s gone and we need to resend. It always happen when carer need to send checklist form + need to handling cranky baby. It’s inconvenient for carer!

2) sometimes the notification (important) like request from client doesn’t appear. Please separate request booking and booking available so that I won’t miss anything important (not all carer have time to scroll each time since there are part time carer.

3) alwaysssssss laggingggggg.

4) please show us our rating from client. It’s one of our way to improve our service. Client rate us but carer dont know so what’s the point for rating carer if carer dont know their client’s ratings??? Nonsense 😭
