Absolutely rubbish app
I top up in the app, and for me just to transfer the amount, it requires me to self-verify. The verification process is super terrible! After taking so long for the system to just do the scanning of IC and identify details, it also requires a 3 second video taking for facial verification. After trying few times, it keeps showing “Latitude cannot be empty” and there’s no button whatsoever to go back or ask help. I can’t finish the verification and cannot transfer the money. Absolutely rubbish.
Dont download this apps
It has been dayssssss since you guys said that you will try to resolve my problem. Yet still I can insert my e wallet password as it said to be incorrect. I already reset my password for hundredsss of times. After this, just make sure that you apps is 100% function before launch it okay 😘 anddd please dont take any project if your apps is not compatible to process. 😒
User experience is improved.
Finally the app is getting many improvements and is very easy and flexible to use!
Even allows me to donate to charities of my own choice during these tough times.
