1. After make a payment the app need 3ds secure to approved when tap on notifications the app wont authorized to approved first transaction to validate the card.2. After unbin device from iDevice you need to login back once again Jumio AI Need Selfie(KYC) greedy after complete recording/capture liveness face it wont go to login screen sometime stuck at processing and server issues please taking a selfie again. Probably AI Jumio automated system is taking user face video to many time upload into your database because the app wont go through at all to complete the bin to new device.3. Boost bank is great please looking into this issues because on iOS the bank is useless it wont work for card payment and login. I know team was maintaining for this app is all great all of u has a lot of experience that was the boost wallet and boost bank still standing today.

Beware of RM10k daily transfer limit

Everything works well up until the day I need to withdraw my funds out for other purposes - only to realized Boost Bank unethically sets a max daily limit of 3rd party transfer at only up to RM10k. My funds got locked in the account and Boost support “advised” me to transfer RM10k everyday to “solve” my complain of not being able to get my money out.Be careful before you plan to use this bank. This is the first bank that I see that restrict their customer to merely RM10k/day for transfer. Imagine you deposited RM250k and you have some urgency to withdraw it, and what you can do is to withdraw RM10k per day for 25 days. Good luck.

Bank like you never have to. Ever! So true! I never had had this awful banking experience ever since I onboarded to Boost Bank. Customer service never pick up calls when we really needed, take forever to respond to email inquiries. To optimise efficiency, the bank customer servicing team copy and paste the standard script or template to every email inquiries received. Does the bank really think their scripted template is the master in solving all kinds of inquiries? I never had issues with technical but they asked me about my app version. Nothing about account related! If human work like this might as well I talk to an AI or robot. No human interaction at all! Really I bank like never before! Worse still boost bank is JV with RHB, one of the top five banks in Malaysia, which they never pass down their bank DNA to boost bank! Like the CEO said, first home grown Digital Bank, but I do not know what pride they have for being the WORSE digital bank in Malaysia, more so it is home grown one too! Awful!
