HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.

Please hide the transaction history from main page
I like this HLB Connect, very useful for on the go transaction and checking. However i really think the transaction history should be hidden or only accessible upon successful login. We don’t have any choice to delete the transaction history display manually too. Anyone that have access to the handphone could browse through every single transaction history without approval of owner, it’s kinda like no security barrier at all. Hope HLB app team can really consider on this issue, thanks.
Slowness and apps keep loading for each transaction.
Used to be a good bank apps. I switched from other bank to this due to it was user friendly and easier to managed. but this time, so disappointed with the time taken for each transaction to completed. too slow and keep on loading if for sign in or click for transfer or any button. thought was my line problem on first, but others apps was able to open without any issue and speed-test show good internet connection so do not tell its network issue. freaking keep on reinstalling hoping it might fix the issue but nope still same even though the developers releasing new bug fixes. please laa, fix on your apps performance. it getting very bad and i’ve to wait for at-least 5-10 min each time to completed a transaction. for now, the only thing I do is to completely transfer all my money to another bank account just because I don’t know when will this apps show its behavior. freaking tired of this. and heyyy, cimb clicks which I thought worst was a bit better then current hlb apps.
One of the anticipated mobile banking apps so far
1) the performance is really smooth, easy to navigate and fluid.
2) the user interface is a modern layout and well arranged.
3) the app is actually quite clean and user friendly especially for a new user.
good job hlb connect team, as someone who once had been working for mobile banking apps before, this app showing something different and unique plus the app itself not really putting much heavy-duty to the app flow. I am a new user of HLB connect become instantly loving this app. Keep up the good work and hopefully will bring some amazing features. 👏🏻👏🏻
