Worst Business banking

I applied for changing from physical token to E-token. After that , the authorization is not function as well. The last step of e-pin box won’t show out for verify the payment after click the authorize. What an apps!?

I am really disappointed to this app. Please la, please improve it as soon as possible. Your officer told me deactivate all id and reinstall may solve most of the problems. However, it’s didn’t work well and summore getting worse. After reinstallation of your app, i reactivate the company id again. After that, i can’t even log in again after i closed my app. Aiyo, reli omg!!!!

Worst Experience with Banking Apps

I has never encounter such a stupid apps at all. Normally once you upload file, you are suppose to be able to check the amount before confirm but this apps only allow you to check after confirm. Imagine if the amount was wrong.

Worse case you can’t even cancel you uploaded payment except calling the bank or request your authorized person to reject it. What happen if he/ she accidentally approve it.

The status sometimes take years to update and sometimes immediately. It totally wasting our time.

Embarrassing, Unnecessary & Cheap Facial Recognition

All smartphones nowadays has biometric security protection. Why don’t we just use the device native biometric feature? Instead, this cheap and unnecessary facial recognition is so slow, embarrassing to use especially in public place? People are thinking we are looking at mirror and touch up our make up or checking our face with funny head movements.

Please. Stop making life difficult. Just use the smartphone native biometric feature as your security control. It it’s far more secure, faster and common practice. Thank you.
