The M2U Biz app will seek permission for the following:
• Access your accounts using Face ID and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
• Access to your camera and gallery for app related images such as security image.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number or issue an invoice by selecting from your contacts
• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the Maybank2u Biz app in an SD Card
• Access to your audio phone to enable you to make a direct call to the bank’s hotline

Version 1.14.37
Thank you for using the Maybank2u Biz app. In our latest release, we’ve included an ‘Auto Bank Recon’ service that allows you to link up to three of your business accounts with any one of our three accounting software partners. Link your account now to enjoy automated bank reconciliation for all your business transactions.
We’ve also updated the app with general improvements and minor bug fixes.
Update to the latest app version now to enjoy a more seamless banking experience.

Take Money Without Approval
I was using the apps for fpx payment. Currently they no longer sent tac no to phone number, and stated that all transactions have to be approved via secure2u. When checked on the apps, there was nothing to approve. FPX said payment unsuccesful, but money has been deducted from our account. Seriously? Since there’s no way around it now and have to approve everything via the apps, might have to change bank altogether for my business because of them pushing for us to use this app. Nothing secure about it at all.

Good but not ready
Very well designed app. But EXTREMELY buggy. Servers are very bad. Constantly unable to log in. Occasional issues such as stating that your password is wrong despite its right. It’s a disappointment that such a reputable bank are not able to resolve such an issue.
Using this app is like playing BINGO. 8 out of 10 times you will not be able to log in, approve transactions and what not. If you somehow managed to log in and use the app AS INTENDED. I suggest you must be very lucky and go to the nearest 4D shop to try your luck in the lottery.

Good idea but low execution on new app too many buds
Using by I phone 7, can’t direct to secure2u approve part and click on blue color secure2u part. It shows ‘No transaction to authorize’. What a big trouble design for human. When I called customer service, cs let me know no problem for the app. Think like I’m the trouble. Hello, if didn’t got any problem, how can I issue the problem to your customer service. Please fix the bug properly and listen properly to customer’s sound. Think first before answer customer
