Found bugs

Hi, so far my experience using this app seems pretty seamless. Starting from account creation and fund in money and also transferring back and forth between accounts. Tried the QR pay one time and its working fine so far. But I found some bugs after several days of usage. 1) “Your Insights” component especially on the total “Interest earned”. The calculation is wrong. 2) Which was due to wrong calculation on the total “interest earned” on the “Main account” and also each of the “Saving Pockets”. After further debugging I saw that the calculation doesn’t include the latest 2 days. eg: today is 14th April, the total was only up to 12th April. 3) The total amount on “Main Account” are not immediately reflected. Have to fully close/clear the app and open back to see it reflected. Use case: Register GXBank as main DuitNow account > received notification for CashBack rewards > Total on Dashboard not reflected on both “Total Balance” and “Main Account” component > Tap into “Main Account” > saw that the CashBack amount are in the transaction list > But the total of “Main Account” are not reflected > clear the app and open back the app > Total are reflected. I forgot to check whether it’s reflected or not if we just close and left it in the background. I’m just gonna let you guys check on that part.

So far the best bank but

So far I found out that this is the best bank. Recently GX Bank had add QR Payment. But I would like to suggest some idea/features. 1st is, hope you can make GX Bank support Apple Pay and others such as Samsung Pay and else. This would be an added advantage and benefit to the GX Bank customer and I believed most of GX Bank customers would love this feature to be added. 2nd is for any paywave such as debit card or QR payment or in future Apple Pay, if insufficient fund from main account, it will then deduct from saving pocket such as TouchNGo eWallet. 3rd is hopefully in future will have credit card available by GX Bank. Last but not at least, please give an option to add/edit favorite transfer so instead of just recent transfer. Hopefully all suggestions will be considered and make it happen as soon as possible. Happy to know about GX Bank and be GX Bank customer.

GXBank has exceeded my expectations as the most satisfying banking app I’ve ever used. It not only offers a competitive 3% p.a. interest rate on all funds, whether in savings accounts or pocket money (Tabung), but also provides the peace of mind of PIDM coverage.In contrast, while traditional banks offer PIDM coverage, they typically do not provide such high interest rates on normal savings accounts.I particularly appreciate the 1% cashback on monthly bill payments and the user-friendly interface that makes financial management effortless.Looking ahead, I hope GXBank considers integrating support for Samsung Pay and Apple Pay. Additionally, enabling users to receive money via DuitNow QR codes within the GXBank app would further enhance its convenience and versatility.A feature allowing users to save account numbers and names for faster transfers would also be a valuable addition. Useless customer service and not solve the problem

Yesterday night I using my iPad to login the GX Bank, then cannot I logout my phone GX Bank then show I need to selfie for verified my card then need to wait 12 hours only can login again. But today after 12 hours I try to login again, still show I need to take selfie, after I take still need to wait 12 hours. I felt disappointed and less confidence through this bank ady. What if we emergency need take the money from this bank, then no one can help, I don think this is a good digital bank. Until now still cannot login and I write email at 6:20 pm until now no any reply from them, that means I need to wait 1 more day and not compulsory to solve my problem.I don know why still need me to selfie to verify again, before register we ady have selfie then the checking time also need 12 hours, I also don know why. I hope can solve my problem and get all my money out and delete it.
