The apps is already bad as if they just do the apps for “us” customer so that easy to use for payment and so on but then again the apps seem like have bug when want to retrieved forgot password the otp to email never received and how was us as user or customer to know if the payment is already been made or not , if some of us want go full payment? Try call customer service also no used at all, NUMBER is NOT in SERVICE it said.. My case? JCL did auto debit earlier of this week then they send Whatsapp and call saying that i have 2 month payment not yet paid.. as i know i just delayed 1 month and want to make sure regarding this matter try to login the apps and forgot the password and try to reset it but the otp never send to the registered email.. what a waste of time trying to do so many time yet nothing happen.. asking the customer service Via WhatsApp also no used no reply also.. What totally disaster company JCL is..

please update your application it is very difficult to understand. the balance is not stated. when looking at the statement there is always an error. what is your problem?. the application is to make it easier for customers, right? so please state the balance that needs to be paid! and how many times have we paid!! please. If you don't know how to make an application, maybe you can look at the example in the Toyota Capital application. Thank you, I hope it will be fixed.

When I login into my JCL account, it always say my password is incorrect, my detail is incorrect. So I tried to forgot my password, then i submit. It says incorrect. How am I supposed to do? It always like this? Even I download J-clicks to different phone, same thing happened.. I didn’t even know what to do, already call customer services but no respond. And Jcl says that i didnt pay my bills for 4 months. But I have my receipt. All of them.

You guys need to work hard and smart for improved your system. it makes me very disappointed with your poor service. by using your application, I made an overpayment through your service but no one informed me. And your application still wants me to make a payment. I hope you have flexible services about payment deducted soon. My question is may I get back my money??
